Readymesh PF is a high-performance twisted polyolefin structural macro-fibre, specifically designed for creating continuous concrete surfaces. It can also be used as a replacement for conventional steel reinforcement, subject to prior approval by the appointed structural engineer. The consistency, length and surface finish of Readymesh PF have been specifically studied and developed for exposed applications, such as industrial concrete floors. It is suitable for industrial flooring, precast concrete and three-dimensional distributed reinforcement in cementitious mixes. Readymesh PF is available in two different lengths: Readymesh PF-180 = 18 mm; Readymesh PF-540 = 54 mm

When added in suitable quantities and homogeneously distributed, it is ideal for pigmenting cementitious or similar mixes, renders and paints. Specifically designed for the construction of aesthetically and environmentally valuable pavements using the “washed aggregate” technique.

Specifically designed for exposed aggregate paving, it protects the surface from weathering, freeze-thaw cycles and atmospheric pollutants. It does not alter the colour of the substrate or change its original appearance and breathability. It can also be used to prevent staining during washing operations to deactivate the surface, on structures surrounding the architectural paving.
